Resize Rows and Columns in the Spreadsheet

Whenever the cursor is moved to a point between two column headings or row numbers, it changes appearance to a horizontal or vertical resizing cursor. This indicates that the width of a column or height of a row can be changed.

Resize Columns

Move the cursor to the right of the column that you wish to resize, until it changes into a resizing cursor. Holding down the left mouse button drag the column border to the left or right. Release the mouse button when the column is the desired width. In this illustration, column River is about to be widened so that it can display the longer entries.

Resize Rows

Move the cursor below the row that you wish to resize, until it changes into a resizing cursor. Holding down the left mouse button drag the row border up or down. Release the mouse button when the row is the desired height. In this illustration, row 2 is about to be altered.
